The editions of a useful life catalogue of constructional investment goods edited by a workshop of the Central Association of generally sworn and court-certified experts of Austria, Regional Association Styria and Carinthia were very popular and soon sold out.
For the now present third edition this useful life catalogue has been revised again and considerably extended

Newly added were part II wooden construction, in part IV chapter 5 transportation of passengers and goods and chapter 6 fire protection as well as part V total useful life of constructions (buildings).

This catalogue is a collection of experience values and aims to help to permit a transparent and understandable estimation of the foreseeable period of time of the economically justifiable utilisation of construction investments as well as the total useful life of constructions as far as questions applying to the valuation of construction works are concerned.
